The service from Hereward Carpets was excellent. On arrival at the shop we had a friendly greeting and staff were most helpful. We considered a number of different options to replace our current dining room carpet. They provided quotes for carpets we were considering and nothing was to much trouble. We took samples home and a couple of days later visit again to finalise. We agreed a fitting date and the carpet fitter arrived punctually on the day. He was very thorough and spent a long time fitting the new carpet. He was excellent. .

There was little time to wait from ordering the carpet to the fitting and the fitters were polite, respectful and efficient. The quality of the carpet is superb, the service is wonderful.
