Very helpful staff instore. Helped me to work out exactly what I needed and also advised on most suitable underlay and carpet for the room I wanted. No hard sales pushiness. Samples given freely to help decide on colours. Only slight let down was the admin side, as was sent another invoice to pay, even though I had already paid!.
Carpet fitter arrived promptly ( early actually!), and was professional from start to finish ( I think his name was John). All the staff at Hereward carpets are helpful and polite. Competitive prices on floor covering products, good communication from the store. Fitter arrived on time and did an excellent job fitting our bathroom and ensuite vinyl flooring.  Would definitely recommend Hereward Carpets.

Second time we have used Hereward carpets. They may not be the cheapest, however if you want knowledgeable staff and great fitters this is the place to go. They have a huge selection of carpets and if they haven't got it can get it for you. We were able to take a swatch away to check colour and quality. If you want a customer friendly experience with no pressure selling this is the place to go. Hereward Carpets are my got to when I need flooring.  They have a good selection to choose from and are priced competively.  Car pet ordered and fitted in Whittlesey within 5 days,  Fitters were great and very tidy.  I wouldn't go any where else now as the service is fantastic.
