Spoke to James in the shop and Danny came out in a couple of days to measure up. I received my detailed quotation the same day.
Booked in the fitting and John and Paul turned up on time to complete the job. They were fast and efficient leaving no mess at all.
Thanks Hereward Carpets, great job.

We used Hereward carpets recently, they were very professional right from the beginning, gave us a clear overview of their process from the point of no obligation measure. Their rates are very fair. The job was finished to an excellent standard, we are happy we used them.

We requested Hereward Carpets to quote for new laminate flooring in our dining area. After looking at samples and obtaining a quote, we went ahead and we couldn't have been more pleased with the result. The fitters did an excellent job removing and disposing of the old flooring and fitting the new in record time. They were able to re-use our original underlay which was a great saving and left everything neat and tidy. We wouldn't hesitate recommending Hereward Carpets, especially being local to us in Werrington.

Outstanding service from start to finish!
From the moment I stepped into the shop, the entire process was seamless.
The team made choosing the carpet effortless and the communication throughout was clear and friendly.
The installation process was just as great! The fitter was punctual, professional and completed the job to an exceptional standard.
Highly recommended!

Very helpful staff instore. Helped me to work out exactly what I needed and also advised on most suitable underlay and carpet for the room I wanted. No hard sales pushiness. Samples given freely to help decide on colours. Only slight let down was the admin side, as was sent another invoice to pay, even though I had already paid!.
Carpet fitter arrived promptly ( early actually!), and was professional from start to finish ( I think his name was John). Also recommended a carpenter for my door, Charlie, who again was very professional and respectful of my property. So all in all a great experience and would recommend.

All the staff at Hereward carpets are helpful and polite. Competitive prices on floor covering products, good communication from the store. Fitter arrived on time and did an excellent job fitting our bathroom and ensuite vinyl flooring. Would definitely recommend Hereward Carpets.
