Had perfect service from beginning to end. James was who we ordered from and he was a great help. Michaela was fab with her speedy responses via the WhatsApp service. Both Paul and John the fitters were excellent at their job,cleaned up and took away our old carpets. Have been customer of Hereward carpets on and off for years. Always been great at service. Highly recommend these guys.(Just to add with some of remnants they bound wdged them for us awe now have lovely runners)

Had new carpets fitted in my mothers house. Stairs, landing, three bedrooms and two cupboards. Visited Hereward carpets as their reviews were excellent. We weren’t disappointed as they were very easy to deal with and very competitive. The carpet fitters arrived on time and were very polite and efficient. I would definitely recommend Hereward carpets.

I can’t fault Hereward Carpets for replacing our old carpets in our bedrooms and landing.
The work was carried out in two jobs so I had time to decorate my bedrooms which completes my home now.
The carpet is superb quality with very good price , I will definitely recommend Hereward Carpets and will use them again .

We moved to our new house around two years ago and Hereward carpets have been re carpeting and re flooring the whole house as we decorate. They couldn’t be more helpful.
Their fitters are great, prompt and leave no mess. They were also good enough to give us some advice on which laminate to use and how to fit door matting so it would merge seamlessly with the new flooring. We have been very pleased with the whole process and would happily recommend Hereward carpets and their fitters to anyone.
Update** since posting this, Hereward have been back and floored our kitchen to match the hallway and dining room so we have the same Laminate right through. Installed quickly and efficiently and looks terrific…..see new pictures below. Very pleased with the service the fitting and the overall finish .
