Further to the recent success of our food bank collection for Little Miracles Charity in Peterborough, we are asking for your help once again. Up until 1st April, we will be collecting Easter egg donations for Little Miracles for the children and families they support. If you can donate an Easter egg, we would be extremely grateful.
Little Miracles is a local charity that supports the families of children with additional needs, disabilities and life-limiting conditions. If you can donate an Easter egg, these will be given to the children the charity supports at their Easter party. The charity is also asking for sensory toys for those children who are tube-fed and cannot have chocolate Easter eggs.
This local charity helps thousands of people in the community we live in. They provide a non-judgmental environment and use a holistic approach to support the needs of the whole family. Little Miracles specialises in providing advice, guidance, activities, support, training and safe places for any family that has a child with an additional need, disability or life-limiting condition. The charity supports children and their families before the child is diagnosed, from birth up to 25 years old.
This year, they are holding an Easter party, where they will be giving each child who attends an Easter egg. They will also be delivering Easter eggs and treats to the homes of families who are unable to attend the Easter party. We need your help to ensure that as many children as possible have a special Easter treat at this time of year.
We are open Monday to Saturday and will have a table where Easter donations can be left. These will then be passed on to Little Miracles for the children and families the charity supports.
Thank you for helping us support those in need in our local community.
