Facebook Giveaway – Autumn 2023
This autumn we decided to run a massive giveaway event for our facebook followers where we were literally giving away a complete room of fitted carpet.
The Giveaway
Our giveaway was hosted on Facebook and all everybody had to do was to enter their name and email and then keep their fingers crossed until we drew the winner using the ‘Google Random Number Generator’. The winner (Jen) was drawn and announced on Facebook on Saturday 11th November 2023. We also emailed Jen to let her know and although she was a little dubious at first, she was over the moon and said she’d never won anything before.
The Terms & Conditions
There weren’t too many terms, but the winner was allowed to pick any carpet up to 20sm and up to £20 per sm, then we threw in everything needed including high quality underlay, grippers and the uplift/disposal of the old carpet!
Jen decided she would have the new carpet for her stairs and landing as she had laminate flooring and tiles in all the other rooms in the house.
Measuring, Choosing and Fitting
We arranged a visit to take the measurements and then Jen popped over to see us the following week to choose from our extensive range of carpets and fitting was arranged for the following week.
Our fitters arrived and removed the old carpet and underlay, then got the lovely new high density underlay and heavy duty twist pile carpet installed to their usual high standard.
I then visited Jen once the fitting was complete to see the finished job and congratulate her once again. You can see the transformation below from start to finish with our before and after pictures.
